Originally born in Maryland, I was a Navy brat, so I spent some time in Japan. This is where I first came into contact with animation. I went to school to become a traditional animator, and it was in Chicago at The Illinois Institute of Art that I discovered 3D animation, and after that I never looked back. I've been doing animation and 3D art professionally now for over 3 years. I always enjoy looking forward to the next challenge that comes my way when animating. I am currently finishing up on my masters degree in character animation and Visual effects from The Academy of Art University. I will be graduating this winter. I currently live outside of Chicago with my wife Melissa, and our 2 Siamese cats Rayne and Skye.
